Frequently Asked Questions

We have tenants in our property and we want to sell, is this a problem?

No, this is no problem; however if the tenant has a tenancy agreement in place the property can still be sold and settled but the tenants have the right to live in the property until the end date as stated on the tenancy agreement.

Will my tenants be upset by the property going on the market?

Generally tenants can initially be upset as they feel they are loosing their home. However, I like to build a warming relationship with the tenants and comfort them to the best of my ability. Tenants receive many appreciation gifts and thank you notes from myself and I keep in regular contact with them throughout the process.

Do I have any input on the advertising of my property?

Yes of course, we can sit down together and work out a package tailoring your requirements.

Why should I list my home for sale with you, when there are so many other real estate agents?

When you sell with me, you will always deal directly with me rather than an assistant and I make myself available to you at all times and I am consistent with retrieving feedback from potential purchasers and passing this information onto you. I am prompt, friendly and approachable with a wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry.
